Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh and actress Hania Aamir’s film Sardaar Ji 3 has shattered box office records in Pakistan.

Despite being banned in India, the film has seen remarkable international success, particularly in Pakistan, where it continues to draw large audiences.

Punjabi-language films remain permitted in Pakistan, as many are officially produced in the UK or Canada. Sardaar Ji 3 earned an impressive PKR 210 million (INR 63.4 million) in its opening week.

The momentum continued, with the comedy film collecting PKR 95 million (INR 28.6 million) in its second week and a single-day peak of PKR 100 million (INR 30.2 million) during its third week.

So far, the film has earned a total of PKR 405.1 million (INR 122.3 million) in Pakistan, making it the country’s highest-grossing Indian film to date — surpassing Carry on Jatta 3.

Box office experts suggest Sardaar Ji 3 may soon surpass PKR 600 million as its popularity shows no signs of slowing down.
