The exams had been postponed due to rising tensions between Pakistan and India, stemming from drone incursions and retaliatory strikes. Authorities had previously delayed various papers, including Quran translation and practical subjects. Following the ceasefire, the Punjab government also announced the reopening of all educational institutions starting Monday.
