[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]Bismah Maroof has resigned as the captain of the Pakistan women’s national team, according to the Pakistan Cricket Board, but she will still available to be chosen for the team as a player.

Bismah has led Pakistan in One-Day Internationals (1.000) and T20 Internationals with the best win/loss record of any regular player since being named the country’s all-format captain in September 2017. (0.843).

In a statement released today, the PCB noted that while she was captain, Pakistan’s ODI team competed in 34 games and won 16, while the T20I team triumphed in 27 of 62 contests.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
