A 38-year-old woman has filed a lawsuit against the fertility clinic she used, claiming that doctors mistakenly implanted the wrong embryo, leading to a shocking revelation at the time of birth.

According to the lawsuit filed Tuesday in a Georgia state court, Krystena Murray “unknowingly and unwillingly carried a child through pregnancy who was not biologically related to her,” a fact she only discovered after delivering the baby boy.
