UAE Announces New Working Hours for Ramadan 2025

With Ramadan approaching, the UAE has released updated working hours for federal employees.

The Federal Authority for Human Resources has issued a circular outlining the Ramadan 2025 schedule for federal institutions.

According to the new timings, federal ministries and authorities will operate from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, and from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Fridays. While ministries and federal bodies can adjust operations as needed, they must adhere to the approved daily hours.

UAE Ramadan 2025 Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Ramadan in the UAE is expected to begin on February 28, 2025, based on moon sighting, as residents and officials prepare for the holy month.
