Vegetable prices in Faisalabad saw a significant drop of up to 50% on Tuesday compared to the past month.

As per reports, the price of potatoes and onions, which were previously sold at Rs120 per kilogram, has now decreased to Rs60 per kilogram. Similarly, carrots are now available for Rs30 per kilogram, while cauliflower is being sold at Rs40 per kilogram.
This sharp decline has been welcomed by the local community, especially with Ramazan approaching. Residents have also urged the government to lower the prices of other essential items such as ghee and sugar.
