A Kuwaiti man has been handed a life sentence for sexually assaulting his daughter and another family member, a case that has deeply disturbed the nation.
The Criminal Court, under the leadership of Counselor Nasser Al Badr, also imposed a life sentence on an accomplice who deceived the victim into participating in sexual acts and aided in the assaults.
Additionally, a third individual, another relative of the victim, was convicted for his role in enticing the victim and enabling the crimes to occur.

The investigation began in August when prosecutors alleged that the father had coordinated the assaults with assistance from the two other men involved.
“This verdict upholds the judiciary’s commitment to justice and serves as a stern warning to anyone who believes they can escape accountability,” stated Adhbi Al Kandari, the attorney representing the victim’s mother.
