A new Peaky Blinders film is underway, with lead star Cillian Murphy offering hints about what fans can expect.
While promoting Small Things Like These, Murphy responded to questions about the eagerly awaited movie. Although he stayed tight-lipped on details, the Oscar-winning actor told Extra, “We have a great script, cast, and director, so we’re all ready to go.”

Murphy also shared his excitement to reprise the role of Thomas Shelby, saying, “It’s emotional… I’ve been playing Tommy Shelby for 12 years. It’s a huge part of my life, and exploring this new version of him will be interesting—but I won’t say more.”
Recently, Netflix gave fans a first look at Barry Keoghan, a new addition to the Peaky Blinders cast. Keoghan’s casting was announced last August, and he expressed his enthusiasm to Entertainment Weekly: “I’m a huge fan of the show, and Cillian is a close friend and a brilliant actor.”
“I’m excited and a bit nervous to get into my process again after some time away,” Keoghan added.
