Bushra Bibi, wife of PTI founder Imran Khan, became emotional and broke down in tears during a recent court appearance.
At the bail hearing related to cases involving her and her husband, the former first lady expressed frustration over what she described as nine months of continuous injustices. She claimed both she and Imran Khan have been unfairly targeted across Pakistan. Criticizing the legal proceedings, she accused lawyers, including her own, of wasting time, and declared that she would no longer attend court, saying she hasn’t come for justice as she believes none exists.

Bushra Bibi further shared that she was prepared for jail, with her belongings already packed. Notably, on July 13, she and Imran Khan were arrested by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in a Toshakhana reference shortly after their acquittal in the Iddat case.
The couple was sentenced to seven years in prison with a fine, following a trial court’s ruling on their nikah. In recent updates, the FIA challenged Bushra Bibi’s bail in the Toshakhana-II case, granted by the Islamabad High Court, arguing it violates Supreme Court guidelines.
