DUBAI – The International Cricket Council (ICC) has expressed satisfaction with the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) briefing on preparations for the 2025 Champions Trophy.
During the ICC meeting, PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi and officials assured the board that stadium upgrades for the tournament are progressing on schedule and will be completed on time.

Naqvi invited ICC members to visit Pakistan to review the preparations and extended an invitation to attend the tournament, which is set to run from February 19 to March 9, 2025.
However, challenges remain, including uncertainty over India’s participation, as the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) awaits government approval for the team’s visit.
