The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has arrested three individuals, including a woman, involved in drug trafficking while posing as employees of a non-governmental organization (NGO) in Karachi.
The arrests took place in the Landhi area, where the group’s leader was among those detained. The operation resulted in the seizure of over 1.5 kilograms of heroin.
The ANF acted on a tip-off and apprehended a female drug courier arriving in Karachi from Tando Adam, finding 400 grams of heroin in her possession. Further investigation led to the arrest of another suspect, who was carrying an additional 500 grams of heroin.

The group leader was also captured, found with illegal weapons and drugs.
The total heroin seized amounted to more than 1.5 kilograms. The suspects admitted to smuggling drugs to students at major universities and hostels in Karachi. The woman was allegedly responsible for supplying drugs in Karachi, Hyderabad, and nearby areas.
During a search of their vehicle, authorities discovered various press cards, press monograms, and fake number plates. The suspects face charges under the Anti-Narcotics Act, and raids are continuing to locate their accomplices.
