In the early hours of Sunday night, the dumper driver Irfanullah was caught red-handed throwing trash into the Malir River.

It should be recalled that Syed Murad Ali Shah, the chief minister of Sindh, expressed anger about the dumping of trash on the highways when visiting the Korangi district.
