Nine US Aircraft Arrive in Pakistan Ahead of JD Vance Islamabad Visit

A large number of US government Aircraft have arrived in Pakistan ahead of the expected visit of US Vice President JD Vance. The movement was tracked through flight data and operational logs over several days.

According to sources, nine US government Aircraft linked to Air Mobility Command landed at PAF Base Nur Khan. These Aircraft were operating under “RCH” (Reach) callsigns. Officials say the flights carried important logistical support for the upcoming visit.

The arriving Aircraft transported a range of equipment. This included secure communication systems, vehicles for official transport, and additional operational tools. These preparations are part of standard arrangements for high-level diplomatic visits.

Most of the Aircraft originated from Joint Base Andrews, a key hub for US government transport. Some flights also passed through Ramstein Air Base. Reports indicate that cargo transfers and aircraft changes took place there before continuing to Pakistan.

Flight records show that the operation took place between April 16 and April 20, 2026. The mission involved multiple stops at international air bases. These included Spangdahlem Air Base and Al Udeid Air Base. These stops were used for refueling and logistical coordination.

One part of the operation involved a mid-route cargo transfer at Ramstein. This shows that the movement of Aircraft was carefully planned. Experts say such coordination ensures smooth delivery of sensitive equipment.

The arrival of these Aircraft is seen as part of preparations for the vice president’s visit. High-level visits require secure communication systems and reliable transport arrangements. These steps help ensure that officials can carry out meetings without disruption.

JD Vance is expected to visit Islamabad for important talks. Reports suggest the discussions may focus on regional issues, including tensions involving Iran. The visit comes as a temporary ceasefire in the region approaches its deadline.

The situation in the region has remained tense since earlier conflicts. Diplomatic efforts are ongoing to maintain stability. Pakistan has played a role in mediation, hosting discussions aimed at reducing tensions.
