Federal Board Announces HSSC Part-I Annual Exam Date Sheet for 2026

The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has officially announced the HSSC Part-I Annual Examination schedule for 2026. According to the released timetable, the exams will begin on May 14, 2026. The announcement provides clarity and ample preparation time for students across the country.

As per the official notification, the morning session candidates must report at their examination centers by 8:30 AM. Their papers will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Meanwhile, evening session candidates are required to arrive by 2:00 PM, with exams scheduled from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. These timings have been set to ensure a smooth and organized examination process by the Federal Board.

The first day of examinations will feature subjects such as Chemistry-II and Sociology-II. Over the following weeks, students will appear in compulsory and elective subjects, including Urdu, English, Pakistan Studies, Islamic Education, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer Science. The exams will continue until June 22, 2026, marking the conclusion of the written papers.

In addition, the Federal Board has announced that practical examinations will commence from June 29, 2026. These practical assessments are essential for science students and will be conducted as per the board’s official schedule. Students are advised to check their date sheets carefully to avoid any confusion regarding their subjects and timings.

The Federal Board has also issued strict guidelines to maintain discipline and transparency during the examinations. Mobile phones, smart watches, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside examination centers. Any violation of these rules may result in disciplinary action.

Several closed days have been included in the schedule, particularly on Sundays and at the end of May, to provide students with sufficient preparation time. This structured timetable reflects the board’s commitment to ensuring fairness and efficiency in the examination process.
