New Zealand Star Joins Pindiz as Key Replacement

The RawalPindiz have signed New Zealand all-rounder Cole McConchie as a replacement for Australian cricketer Jake Fraser-McGurk ahead of their maiden Pakistan Super League (PSL) campaign.

The franchise announced the development on X, saying the 34-year-old will join the team for its first appearance in the 11th edition of the tournament.

McConchie is known for his pivotal performances on the international stage. During the Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, he was part of a 74-run partnership with New Zealand captain Mitchell Santner for the seventh wicket against Sri Lanka. This stand significantly shifted momentum and helped New Zealand advance to the semi-finals and later the final.
