The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced the final deadlines for the current Umrah season, urging pilgrims to complete their travel plans quickly before the closing dates arrive.

According to the ministry, the last day to issue Umrah visas will be the first day of Shawwal, marking the official end of visa processing for pilgrims planning to perform Umrah this season.

Authorities further clarified that the deadline for pilgrims to enter Saudi Arabia is before the 15th of Shawwal. After this date, entry for Umrah pilgrims will no longer be permitted as the country begins preparations for the upcoming Hajj season.

Officials also stated that the final date for Umrah pilgrims to leave the Kingdom will be the first day of Zil Qadah. Pilgrims must ensure they depart before this deadline to avoid legal complications.

The announcement was made during the ministry’s 17th consecutive virtual meeting with Saudi Umrah companies, where officials emphasized the importance of strictly following all regulations during the transition from Umrah to Hajj season.

Authorities also reminded pilgrims that Hajj cannot be performed using an Umrah visa. Only individuals holding a valid Hajj visa will be permitted to perform the annual pilgrimage.

Pilgrims have been advised to finalize their visa applications and travel arrangements immediately. For authentic updates and verified information, officials recommend checking the Pak Hajj App or visiting the ministry’s official website.
