The health condition of Bollywood legend and celebrated screenwriter Saleem Khan has reportedly deteriorated, raising concerns that he may require brain surgery.

According to Indian media sources, Saleem Khan experienced a sudden spike in blood pressure, which is said to have affected a blood vessel on the right side of his brain. He is currently on a ventilator as doctors closely monitor his condition. A specialized medical team is evaluating his situation and discussing the possibility of performing surgery at the earliest if necessary.

Earlier this week, Saleem Khan was rushed to the emergency department of Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital. As his condition worsened, he was quickly moved to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for advanced treatment. Reports indicate that his son, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, was seen outside the hospital during this difficult time but did not speak to the media.

A towering personality in the Indian film industry, Saleem Khan is highly regarded for his extraordinary contributions to cinema.
