State Lounge Upgrades at Lahore Airport Highlight VIP Comfort

Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) President Mian Nawaz Sharif inaugurated the newly refurbished State Lounge at Allama Iqbal International Airport on Thursday. The ceremony marked a key milestone in the ongoing modernization of the Airport.

The inauguration was attended by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, and several other dignitaries. The event highlighted the government’s commitment to improving facilities and services for travelers at the Airport.

During the event, DG Pakistan Airport Authority Air Vice Marshal Zeeshan Saeed briefed attendees on the airport’s upgrade project. He stated that important areas, including the Ravi Lounge, internal lobby, and main hall, had been renovated to enhance passenger experience and comfort.

The newly upgraded State Lounge features a modern and aesthetically appealing design. It now offers world-class facilities for VIP guests, dignitaries, and other travelers, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience.

Officials noted that the renovation is part of a larger initiative to modernize Allama Iqbal International Airport, bringing it in line with international standards. The upgrades aim to improve service quality, increase efficiency, and create a welcoming environment for both domestic and international passengers.

The inauguration of the State Lounge also reflects Pakistan’s ongoing efforts to strengthen airport infrastructure and enhance the overall travel experience. Authorities said the project will continue with further improvements in other areas of the airport to ensure world-class facilities for all travelers.
