In response to the match cancellations, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has provided an update on the complete refund process for ticket values.
For tickets purchased through Express Centres, fans can request refunds starting from March 12, 2024, at designated centers. Refunds will be processed upon submission of valid CNICs, which were initially used for ticket purchases, along with the physical tickets.
For tickets purchased online, the refund application process will also commence on March 12, 2024, and the refunded amount will be directly credited to the buyers’ respective bank accounts.
Regarding corporate purchases, the PCB has specified that tickets obtained through corporate transactions will only be refunded to the corporate entity. The PCB emphasized that individual refund requests will not be entertained to prevent duplications in credited amounts.
The PCB is adhering to the Ticket Refund Policy’s Clause 2.1, which states that if a match is canceled for any reason, such as adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, prior to the toss taking place, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
