Drug Testing Laboratory Bans Unsafe Medicine Batches After Failed Tests

The Drug Testing Laboratory has declared multiple batches of Medicine unsafe after they failed quality checks. Officials confirmed that several products did not meet required safety standards after detailed testing.

The affected items include tablets, syrups, and injections. These medicines are used for common health problems. They include treatments for heart conditions, allergies, pain relief, cough, and other illnesses. Authorities said the issue raises concerns about drug safety.

According to the report, several well-known drugs have been declared substandard. Nitros tablets, used for heart muscle treatment, were found unsafe. Cadin painkillers were also included in the list. Loratadine tablets, commonly used for allergies, failed quality tests.

Esfel cough syrup and Oratizen tablets were also declared unsafe. Officials said these products may pose health risks if used. The public has been advised to avoid these batches of Medicine immediately.

The report further includes Deca Durabolin injections. These are used for bone weakness and anaemia treatment. Authorities confirmed they are not safe for medical use.

Other unsafe injections include Cara Doba for blood pressure control. Efasef antibiotic injections and Meteor injections were also flagged. Mecobal injections, used for vitamin B12 deficiency, were declared substandard as well.

Additional medicines found unsafe include Ceforsic antibiotic injections. Sodophenac pain relief injections and Hecobal injections were also included in the list. Officials said all affected batches must be removed from the market.

Health authorities have instructed pharmacies and healthcare providers to stop selling and using these medicines immediately. They warned that continued use of unsafe Medicine products could lead to serious health problems.

Citizens have been advised to consult qualified doctors before using any medication. They are also encouraged to report any side effects or unusual reactions to health departments.

Officials said monitoring of pharmaceutical products will continue across the country. The aim is to ensure that only safe and tested Medicine reaches patients.
