Two Sindh Officials Terminated For Corruption In PSC Exam 2020

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]KARACHI – Two officials of the Sindh government have been terminated from their positions due to their involvement in manipulating the results of the Sindh Public Service Commission exam in 2020 to favor certain candidates.

According to reports, the Chief Secretary of Sindh issued an order for the dismissal of Hadi Baksh Kalhoro and Mushtaq Ajan from their roles as controller and deputy controller, respectively, after an investigation by two senior officers of Grade 21 found them guilty.

The investigation revealed that both individuals had manipulated the results to favor specific candidates, disregarding those who were on merit.

Hadi Baksh and Mushtaq were given two opportunities to prove their innocence. Initially, they submitted written replies in response to show cause notices, and later they were physically called in to provide statements. However, they failed to satisfy the authorities concerned.

The investigators concluded that both officers had engaged in corruption and undermined the recruitment process in public sector departments.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
