Pakistan’s top TikToker and actress Jannat Mirza recently shared why she has avoided acting in television dramas despite receiving major offers.
Originally from Faisalabad, Jannat debuted in Syed Noor’s Tere Bajre Di Rakhi, but the film struggled commercially. Reports suggest she was offered roles in Parizaad and Hum Kahan Ke Sachay Thay, which she declined.

In a TV interview with her family, Jannat revealed her fear of air travel makes frequent trips to Karachi, where most dramas are filmed, difficult. She also feels unprepared for the long-term commitment required for TV roles.
When asked about relocating, she stated her family prefers Faisalabad and won’t move. Jannat, Pakistan’s most-followed TikToker, enjoys a huge fan base alongside her sister, Alishba Anjum, who is also a social media influencer.
