Hardik Pandya, the star Indian all-rounder, has joined Afghanistan leg-spinner Rashid Khan for Sehri in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL).
Pandya, who captains Gujarat Titans in the IPL, went to his teammate’s room after their second consecutive win to pay his respects to the holy month of Ramadan.

Selection committee seeks Babar Azam’s advice to final squad for NZ series

The selection committee has met with captain Babar Azam to finalise the possible players for Pakistan’s forthcoming ODI and T20I series against New Zealand.
The team will be announced as soon as the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) management committee, Najam Sethi, gives his assent.
According to reports, the selection committee and Babar had a lengthy discussion about potential players yesterday night at the National Cricket Academy, where suggestions were exchanged.
This meeting also included preliminary discussions about potential World Cup players as well as the series versus New Zealand. The Asia Cup and World Cup recommendations were followed, and it was decided not to experiment anymore in the One Day team.
The selecting committee will consult with team director and consultant Mickey Arthur after consulting with the captain.
The selection committee rested the 28-year-old in the recent three-match T20I series against Afghanistan in Sharjah, but he will return for this series.
According to the captain, the selection committee is putting up a lineup that comprises both young and senior players. Abbas Afridi, the fastest bowler in the last series and the PSL, may also be given an opportunity.
On April 7th, the selected players for the series against New Zealand will report to the camp in Lahore.
