During the post-match presentation ceremony, Shan Masood extended an invitation to David Warner on stage, where he gifted him one of Babar Azam’s shirts. The exchange concluded with a handshake between the two players.
In his final Test match, David Warner contributed 57 runs, playing a pivotal role in Australia’s eight-wicket victory over Pakistan and securing a 3-0 series sweep in Sydney.

As David Warner bid farewell to the field, a standing ovation from over 22,000 fans at the Sydney Cricket Ground underscored the immense respect for the retiring player.

Warner’s illustrious Test career spans 112 matches, amassing a total of 8,786 runs with an average of 44.59 and achieving 26 centuries since his debut against New Zealand in 2011.
