School Principal Arrested For Raping Woman

Authorities have apprehended the head of a private school located in Karachi’s Gulshan-i-Hadeed district after shocking accusations of sexual assault and extortion came to light, as disclosed by local law enforcement officials.

The Steel Town police Station House Officer (SHO), Nand Lal, revealed on Monday that the school principal was arrested when explicit videos depicting alleged rape incidents began circulating widely on social media platforms.

This distressing case came to public attention when a technician discovered these videos while repairing a CCTV camera at the principal’s school. Subsequently, approximately 20-25 videos were uploaded to social media, exposing the horrifying situation.

According to SHO Nand Lal, the perpetrator had confessed to sexually assaulting women by luring them with the promise of employment and then recording these encounters to blackmail his victims.

In a shocking twist, an individual reportedly demanded Rs1 million in extortion money from the school principal after obtaining one of these incriminating videos. The SHO did not provide details on how the alleged extortionist acquired the video. However, the principal had already submitted an application at Malir City Police Station, seeking action against the individual involved.

The police intervened before any agreement could be reached between the two parties, resulting in the detention of the school principal. A first information report (FIR) will be filed against him on behalf of the state since none of the women allegedly victimized by him have approached the police thus far.

Malir Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Hassan Sardar, confirmed that the suspect had 25 videos in his possession, and five of the women who were purportedly subjected to sexual assault have been identified.

Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori swiftly responded to this shocking incident, demanding a report from the Sindh school education secretary. The governor urged the Karachi additional inspector general to take decisive action against those found guilty.

Additionally, Sindh Inspector General of Police (IGP), Riffat Mukhtar Raja, personally took an interest in the case, seeking comprehensive details from the Malir SSP. He has directed the police to ensure a thorough and impartial investigation into the matter to provide justice to the victims.
