Rawalpindi Institute Of Cardiology Announced Free treatment

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]In a gesture of compassion, the Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC) has made an announcement regarding the provision of complimentary medical treatment for individuals aged 70 years and older. This initiative was communicated via a circular issued by Dr. Javaria Abdullah Malik, the Medical Superintendent (MS) of RIC.

With immediate effect, all senior citizens falling within this specific age bracket who visit the Outpatient Department (OPD) at RIC will receive medical care without any charges. To ensure the smooth execution of this initiative, OPD receptionists have been directed to assist in scheduling diagnostic tests, including laboratory tests, Echo, ETT, TOE, and ECG, all of which will be offered free of cost. The exemption from fees will be granted after verifying the patient’s eligibility as senior citizens through their CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
