A girl died after allegedly receiving a wrong injection from a quack in Lahore’s Harbanspura area on Thursday.
Police reported that a case has been registered against the female quack, Gulfishan, and her clinic has been sealed. They stated that Gulfishan administered an injection to 24-year-old Sehrish, who subsequently became unresponsive. The body has been sent for a postmortem examination.

However, the victim’s relatives claimed that the police did not include murder charges in the case, arguing that invoking Section 322 would provide relief to the suspect.
In a related incident, two young siblings died after consuming instant noodles in Lahore’s Manawan area on Wednesday.
Local media reports indicated that the children’s mother had bought two packs of noodles from the Baghbanpura bazaar and prepared them at home. The children fell ill after eating the noodles and were taken to a local hospital, where they were pronounced dead.
