Punjab Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat has declared Eid-ul-Fitr holidays for schools.
As per his announcement, educational institutions in Punjab will remain closed from March 28 (Friday) to April 2 (Wednesday), with the new academic year beginning on April 3.

Meanwhile, the Federal Ministry of Education has notified that federal government schools will observe holidays from March 31 to April 4.
The Meteorological Department forecasts that Eid-ul-Fitr will likely be on March 31.
