The Punjab Cabinet held its 28th meeting under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz. During this session, the Punjab Cabinet approved a comprehensive agenda consisting of 130 key points focused on improving worker welfare and housing.
One of the major decisions made by the Punjab Cabinet was the approval of 1,220 flats for industrial workers. These flats will be located in labor complexes across Sundar, Kasur, and Taxila. During the meeting, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz praised the efforts of Rescue 1122 personnel during recent flood emergencies. She announced a reward of Rs50,000 for each official who participated in flood relief operations. The Punjab Cabinet recognized their valuable contribution to disaster management and relief work.
