PTI leader Shafqat Mehmood pulls out of Elections 2024

Shafqat Mehmood, a prominent leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has made the decision to refrain from contesting seats in the national or provincial parliament. On Friday, he officially withdrew his nomination papers, clarifying his stance through a statement on the social media platform X. Mehmood had initially submitted his nomination papers for NA-128 and PP-170 constituencies but ultimately opted not to pursue candidacy.

In his statement, Mehmood emphasized that he is not a candidate for any constituency and extended a wish for the protection of everyone by Allah Almighty.
