Petrol Prices Rise to Rs. 341.59 Per Litre in Pakistan

The federal government has announced a fresh increase in fuel rates for the next three days. The revised prices will remain effective until Monday, August 24.

According to the latest update from the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority, petrol has become more expensive. The increase is Rs. 3.81 per litre.

The new petrol price is Rs. 341.59 per litre. High-speed diesel has also received a price increase during the latest revision.

Diesel has become more expensive by Rs. 3.59 per litre. Its new price stands at Rs. 368.29 per litre.

The latest adjustment means Petrol Prices have continued to rise under the daily fuel pricing system. The changes are being applied for a limited period.

On Thursday, petrol was priced at Rs. 337.78 per litre. Its price had increased by Rs. 0.27 per litre at that time.

Diesel was also increased on Thursday. Its price rose by Rs. 1.64 to reach Rs. 364.70 per litre.

The latest revision marks another increase in fuel costs. Consumers will now pay more for both petrol and diesel.

Since daily fuel rate revisions began, petrol has recorded a significant overall increase. Petrol has risen by Rs. 29.29 per litre.

Diesel has seen an even larger increase during the same period. Its price has increased by Rs. 38.78 per litre.

The latest Petrol Prices reflect the continuing changes under the daily pricing mechanism. Rates have changed frequently since the system was introduced.

Earlier in August, petrol prices moved several times. The rate stood at Rs. 327.62 per litre on August 10.

Petrol was later priced at Rs. 325.92 per litre on August 11. It then fell to Rs. 324.98 per litre on August 12.

The price increased again to Rs. 325.43 on August 13. Rates were unchanged on August 14 because of the holiday.

Petrol reached Rs. 331.20 per litre on August 17. It increased further to Rs. 334.54 per litre on August 18.

The rate then stood at Rs. 337.51 per litre on August 19. It remained at the same level on August 20.

The latest increase has now pushed petrol above Rs. 340 per litre. The new rate is applicable until August 24.

Diesel prices have also changed significantly during the same period. The diesel rate stood at Rs. 380.86 per litre on August 10.

It later moved through several adjustments before reaching Rs. 390.42 per litre on August 17. The rate then changed again on subsequent days.

The government continues to revise fuel rates based on the daily pricing mechanism. The latest adjustment affects motorists and businesses using petroleum products.

Higher fuel costs can also influence transportation expenses. Changes in fuel rates may affect the operating costs of various sectors.

For consumers, the latest Petrol Prices mean higher spending at filling stations. Motorists will pay Rs. 341.59 for each litre of petrol.

Diesel users will pay Rs. 368.29 per litre under the new rates. These prices will remain applicable through August 24.
