[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee announced on Thursday that because the Shawwal moon was not seen, Eid-ul-Fitr will fall on Saturday, April 22.

Moulana Syed Muhammad Abdul Khabeer Azad, Chairman of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, made the announcement. According to the announcement, Saturday will be the first day of the holy festival of Eid-ul-Fitr, while Friday will also be significant because it will be celebrated as Jumma-tul-Wida.
