Ogra attributes the earlier increase in LPG prices to a 1.87 percent rise in the dollar rate. The fluctuation in the exchange rate contributed to the previous upward adjustment in LPG costs.
In related developments, the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) company had previously issued a warning to stakeholders regarding a potential shortage of LPG during the winter season. The company emphasized the importance of advance booking for LPG shipments as a proactive measure to address and mitigate the anticipated shortage. This precautionary step aimed to ensure a smooth supply chain and availability of LPG during the high-demand winter period.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
