During the 265th Corps Commanders’ Conference (CCC) held at GHQ in Rawalpindi, Pakistan’s top military leadership, led by Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir, strongly denounced what they termed as politically motivated ‘digital terrorism’. This orchestrated campaign, allegedly supported by foreign elements, aims to undermine state institutions. The Armed Forces, alongside the nation, vowed unity and resolve in defeating these hostile designs.
The conference paid solemn tribute to the supreme sacrifices of Pakistan’s Shuhadas (martyrs) from the Armed Forces, Law Enforcement Agencies, and civilians who have given their lives for peace and stability in the country. A comprehensive review of the internal and external security situation was conducted, focusing on “Azm-e-Istehkam,” a national strategy aimed at synchronizing counter-terrorism efforts to eradicate terrorism and illegal activities for long-term stability and economic prosperity.
