Traffic police clarify that cases won’t be filed for learner’s permit holders but they will face a Rs. 2,000 fine.

Last week, LHC ordered authorities to apprehend motorists without valid licenses and take strict action against traffic rule violators.

During the case hearing, the City Traffic Officer (CTO) informed the court that out of 7.3 million vehicles, only 1.3 million drivers possess valid licenses.

LHC also warns SHOs of strict action if motorists violate the order in their respective areas.
