This significant increase in the monthly house rent allowance underscores the provincial government’s dedication to ensuring the well-being and comfort of its cabinet members.

Under the revised policy, cabinet members without government housing can now lease a property worth up to Rs. 2 lac per month, which also covers utility expenses.

Additionally, the bill includes a substantial rise in the funds designated for renovating cabinet members’ residences, increasing from Rs. 0.5 million to an impressive Rs. 1 million.
