Indian television actress Jasmin Bhasin, known for her stint on ‘Bigg Boss 14,’ has suffered significant eye damage due to contact lenses.
Bhasin experienced severe pain in her eyes shortly after putting on the lenses before an event in New Delhi. Despite the discomfort, she attended the event, but the pain worsened to the point where she lost her vision.

Upon consulting an eye surgeon, she learned that her corneas had been severely damaged by the lenses. Doctors have bandaged her eyes, and it will take 4 to 5 days for her vision to recover. Bhasin has stressed the importance of eye care during this recovery period, noting that the pain has made it difficult to sleep.
Bhasin is a versatile actress who began her career in modeling before making her acting debut in the 2011 Tamil film “Vaanam.” She is well-known for her roles in Hindi television shows such as “Tashan-e-Ishq,” “Dil Se Dil Tak,” and “Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji,” as well as her appearances in reality shows like “Khatron Ke Khiladi 9” and “Bigg Boss 14.” Her recent work includes a Punjabi film debut in “Honeymoon.”
