Gold prices in Pakistan continued to climb on Wednesday, following an upward trend in global markets.
According to data from the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold rose by Rs300 per tola, reaching Rs354,065. Meanwhile, the rate for 10 grams of gold increased by Rs237 to hit Rs304,068 in the local market.

Internationally, gold saw a modest gain of $3 per ounce, pushing the global price to $3,330.
On the other hand, silver prices declined in Pakistan. The per tola rate dropped by Rs26 to Rs3,764, while the 10-gram price fell by Rs22 to Rs3,227.
This comes after a sharp dip in domestic gold prices a day earlier, where the per tola rate fell by Rs3,800 to Rs354,365, and 10 grams dropped by Rs3,258 to Rs303,810—following a smaller Rs300 drop on Monday that closed prices at Rs358,165.
