In a crackdown on illegal real estate activity, the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) sealed four unauthorized housing schemes on Tuesday, following directives from the Divisional Intelligence Committee.
The RDA identified the closed projects as Nishan-i-Mustufa / Ample Living, Countryside Farm Houses, Agro Park, and Green Lake City, operating in areas including Bagga Sheikhan, Chak Beli Khan, Ratial, Ralla Gujran, and Kuri Khuda Bakhsh Road.

During the operation, teams demolished key infrastructure like site offices, boundary walls, and roads linked to the illegal developments.
Led by RDA Director General Kinza Murtaza, the operation underscores the authority’s resolve to fight fraudulent housing and protect citizens from scams. Despite earlier warnings, the developers continued unauthorized bookings and promotions in defiance of RDA rules.
The public is once again urged to avoid such illegal schemes and confirm project approvals through the RDA’s official website: www.rda.gop.pk.
