Saudi Arabia Announces School Holiday for Formula 1 Event in Jeddah
The Saudi Ministry of Education has declared a school holiday on April 20-21, 2025, for students and education staff in Jeddah, Makkah, and Taif to facilitate the successful hosting of the Formula 1 race in Jeddah. This decision is part of the broader Jeddah Season festivities.

The Jeddah Corniche Circuit, known as the world’s fastest street circuit, has finalized its preparations to host the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, which marks the fifth round of the 2025 Formula 1 World Championship.
For the fifth consecutive year, Jeddah will welcome the high-speed action of Formula 1, with the stc Saudi Arabian Grand Prix set to take place from April 18 to April 20, 2025.
