Chief of Army Staff General Asim Munir visited troops at Khairpur Tamewali (KPT) to observe the Field Exercise of Bahawalpur Corps.
The COAS received a briefing on the Field Exercise, which aims to enhance professional skills across various levels and familiarize troops with battlefield procedures necessary to confront future challenges in the operational environment.

General Asim Munir witnessed integrated fire and battle maneuvers involving various elements such as Armour, Mechanized Infantry, Artillery, Air Defense, Anti-Tank Guided Missiles (ATGMs), with support from the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) and Combat Aviation.
Following this, the COAS engaged with the troops participating in the exercise.
General Asim Munir commended the training standards, operational preparedness, and high morale of the officers and troops. He instructed the troops to continue serving the nation with traditional zeal and passion under all circumstances.
“We are aware of the challenges, and with the support of the nation, we are prepared to thwart any nefarious designs of the enemies of Pakistan,” emphasized the COAS.
“Pakistan Army is fully ready to defend the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Pakistan against all odds. The Pakistan Armed Forces are focused on defending the frontiers of the motherland against a full spectrum of threats, and with the support of the nation, the Armed Forces will defeat the enemies of Pakistan,” concluded the Pakistan Army chief.
