Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Barrister Gohar Ali confirmed on Thursday that he met with Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur also attended the meeting.
Barrister Gohar shared that the PTI presented its demands to the army chief, with discussions covering all issues related to national stability. He described the response from the military as positive and welcomed the direct talks with the establishment, expressing hope for improvement in the situation.

PTI founder Imran Khan, currently imprisoned in Adiala Jail, also confirmed the meeting. Initially hesitant to comment, Imran later acknowledged the discussion with the COAS, calling it a positive step. He emphasized that initiating dialogue is beneficial for Pakistan and essential for addressing national stability.
