UAE Bans Netflix Password Sharing

Starting from 20th July, residents of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have been informed that sharing Netflix passwords beyond their households is no longer permitted, as reported by Khaleej Times. This move is part of Netflix’s broader effort to crack down on the common practice of password sharing. A customer service representative from Netflix confirmed to Khaleej Times that the new rule came into effect on 20th July.
