Federal Minister Ahsan Iqbal has explained a strange moment from a live TV interview. On Thursday, his video link suddenly went offline. A voice was heard saying “bund karo isay,” which means “shut this down.” This caused concern among viewers and started rumors online.

The incident happened while the senior PML-N leader was speaking on a program. When the connection dropped, the host and viewers were worried. Many people on social media asked if everything was okay. The clip of the interruption quickly went viral. People shared different theories about what had happened.

A short time later, Ahsan Iqbal reappeared on the show. The host welcomed him back and mentioned the viewers’ alarm. The minister reassured everyone that everything was fine. He said, “all is well.” The host accepted his response and continued the interview. There were only about ten minutes left in the program.

Later, the minister provided a more detailed explanation on the social media platform X. He thanked people for their messages of concern. He clarified the situation to stop the spread of false information. He explained that someone nearby was arguing. This person did not know he was on a live broadcast. This led to the brief disruption.

Ahsan Iqbal also stated that he rejoined the interview shortly after the incident. He expressed his hope that the situation would not be politicized. His goal was to clear up any misunderstanding.

Other officials also helped clarify the situation. A journalist posted on X that he had spoken with the minister. According to the journalist, the minister said there was a family gathering at his home in Islamabad. Children had unexpectedly entered his study while he was on air. This caused the sudden break in the broadcast.

Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar also confirmed this. He posted that he had talked to Ahsan Iqbal. Tarar said that “kids came into the study running unexpectedly.” He also confirmed that “all is well” and noted that the minister had returned to the show. The clarifications aimed to end the online speculation surrounding the viral clip. The minister’s quick response helped control the narrative.
