YouTuber Ducky Bhai, whose real name is Saad-ur-Rehman, is reportedly struggling with his mental health after spending time in jail. Fellow creator Iqra Kanwal revealed that he currently requires privacy, family support, and time alone to recover.
In a recent vlog, Iqra and her husband Areeb Pervez addressed questions about why they did not meet Ducky Bhai immediately after his release. Areeb said he planned to meet him only after bail was granted. He consulted Aroob Jatoi, who advised waiting to ensure Ducky Bhai had time to adjust.
According to Areeb, this was Ducky Bhai’s first experience in jail, and it was mentally overwhelming. He added that after such a difficult period, the YouTuber needed to be with his family rather than receive immediate visits from friends.
Iqra Kanwal emphasized that jail had a severe impact on Ducky Bhai’s mental well-being. She noted that it is unrealistic to expect someone to return to work or social life normally after experiencing such trauma. Recovery requires patience, care, and a peaceful environment.
She also confirmed that Ducky Bhai’s wife has stated he is currently distressed and not ready to meet visitors. Iqra requested the public and fans to respect his privacy during this time. She added that he is “not fully functional yet” and needs family support and personal space to regain stability.
Ducky Bhai was granted bail earlier this month and released. He had been arrested in August by the Federal Cyber Crime Investigation Agency over allegations of promoting online gambling applications.
