Three Pakistanis Released in India via High Commission Efforts

Thanks to the persistent efforts of Pakistan’s High Commission in New Delhi, three Pakistani citizens have been released from Indian jails and safely returned to Pakistan. The nationals—Asghar Ali, Ramzan, and Muhammad Idrees—crossed the Wagah border following their release.

The High Commission confirmed that their intervention played a key role in securing their freedom, highlighting the ongoing diplomatic support provided to Pakistani prisoners abroad. Officials emphasized that facilitating the safe return of citizens remains a top priority and that the Commission continues to actively engage with Indian authorities to address such cases.

This development reflects the High Commission’s commitment to protecting the rights and welfare of Pakistani nationals detained in foreign countries. It also underscores the importance of sustained diplomatic efforts in ensuring justice and humane treatment for prisoners. Authorities reiterated that they will continue working tirelessly to secure the release and repatriation of all Pakistanis held in India, reaffirming their dedication to citizens abroad.
