The Organic Meat Company Limited (TOMCL) has announced a major business achievement after securing a $5.2 million Saudi Export Contract with Al Abeer Cold Store Trading Company of Saudi Arabia. The company shared the development in an official notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
The agreement was finalized during the FoodAg Exhibition held in Karachi. Under this Saudi Export Contract, TOMCL will supply private-label frozen raw meat products that will be sold under Al Abeer’s own brand in the Saudi market. The deal marks another step in TOMCL’s efforts to strengthen its presence in the Middle East.
According to TOMCL, shipments will begin once all regulatory and contractual procedures are completed. The order will be fulfilled over the next 12 months, creating a steady export flow for the company. TOMCL also said that it will follow all halal, safety, and quality standards required by Saudi authorities.
Al Abeer, based in Makkah, is a well-known importer and distributor of frozen food products. The company has an extensive distribution network and sources goods from multiple countries, including Pakistan and India. Its partnership with TOMCL reflects the growing demand for high-quality processed meat in the Saudi market.
Industry analysts believe that this Saudi Export Contract highlights the rising confidence of international buyers in Pakistan’s meat processing capabilities. They note that private-label products offer added value and help foreign distributors strengthen their brand positioning.
TOMCL has been expanding its export portfolio in recent years and already supplies products to several Gulf countries. The company expects the new contract to support its revenue growth and enhance its long-term market position.
The deal also reinforces Pakistan’s potential in the global halal meat market. With steady demand from the Gulf region, the sector continues to present strong export opportunities for local producers.
