NADRA Launches Biker Service in Select Cities for Faster Citizen Services

NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority) has rolled out its Biker Service in selected cities to provide doorstep services, making it easier for citizens to access essential documentation without visiting offices.

The Biker Service is designed to deliver NICs, CNIC updates, and other registration-related services directly to homes, reducing queues and travel time for applicants. NADRA officials highlighted that this initiative aligns with their vision of digital and citizen-friendly services.

Currently, the service is available in major urban centers including Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta. Expansion to additional cities is planned based on demand and operational feasibility.

Officials stated that citizens can request the Biker Service via NADRA’s helpline or official website, after which trained personnel will visit the applicant’s address to complete verification and delivery.

The initiative has been welcomed by the public, especially elderly citizens and those unable to visit NADRA offices due to mobility issues. It is expected to streamline service delivery and improve overall satisfaction.

NADRA emphasized that the Biker Service is fully secure, with strict adherence to data protection protocols and official verification procedures.
