Security forces have killed Jameel Tetak, one of the most wanted terrorists of the FAH network, during a successful targeted operation. The operation was conducted based on precise intelligence in a remote area where Tetak and his accomplices were hiding.

According to official sources, Jameel Tetak was involved in multiple terrorist attacks, including deadly assaults on security checkpoints, targeted killings, and bombings in various regions. His death marks a major success in Pakistan’s ongoing counterterrorism campaign against militant networks.

Authorities said the operation was carried out after days of surveillance and coordination between security and intelligence units. When forces surrounded the compound, Tetak’s group opened fire, triggering an intense exchange that led to his death. Weapons, explosives, and digital devices were recovered from the site.

Officials confirmed that Jameel Tetak had a long record of involvement in organized terrorism under the FAH banner. He was responsible for recruiting new militants, financing attacks, and spreading extremist propaganda in parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.

The elimination of Tetak is being seen as a major blow to the FAH network, which has suffered a series of setbacks in recent months. Security analysts believe his death will weaken the group’s operational capacity and disrupt its command structure.

Authorities reiterated their commitment to pursuing all remaining militants linked to FAH and other banned outfits. They also praised the security forces for their bravery and professionalism in neutralizing a high-value target without civilian casualties.

The operation highlights Pakistan’s continued efforts to ensure national security and eliminate terrorism from its soil once and for all.
