Court Reserves Verdict On Ducky Bhai’s Bail In Gambling Case

The Sessions Court has reserved its verdict on Ducky Bhai’s bail application in a case linked to online gambling promotions.

YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, was arrested in August while attempting to travel abroad from Lahore airport. His name had already been placed on the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL), preventing him from leaving the country.

During Thursday’s hearing, both the defense and the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) presented their arguments. After listening to both sides, the judge reserved the verdict on Ducky Bhai’s bail, which will be announced later.

According to the NCCIA, an FIR was registered against the YouTuber for promoting illegal gambling applications, including Binomo. Investigators also alleged that he was involved in money laundering activities.

Authorities stated that a mobile phone recovered from him contained suspicious WhatsApp numbers and data pointing toward unlawful financial transactions. Officials claimed the material provided evidence that he promoted gambling content on social media while misleading the public.

After his arrest, Ducky Bhai was handed over to the NCCIA on a two-day physical remand. The agency was directed to submit an investigative report at the next court appearance.

The allegations have generated widespread attention due to Ducky Bhai’s popularity as one of Pakistan’s top YouTubers. His large following and social media presence have amplified interest in the outcome of the case.

The decision on Ducky Bhai’s bail is expected soon and will determine whether he remains in custody or is released during the investigation. The case highlights growing scrutiny on social media influencers accused of promoting unlawful digital platforms.
